With over 30 years of global nursing expertise, Jun Shen is a Nurse Practitioner who integrates advanced aesthetic medicine with functional wellness for truly holistic patient care.
Her career began in 1994 at Hangzhou Plastic Surgery Hospital in China, specializing in plastic and reconstructive surgery. During this time, she also volunteered with Operation Smile, extending her practice to Singapore, the UK, and Australia, where she provided life-changing surgical care for patients with cleft conditions. This foundation in reconstructive surgery shapes her aesthetic philosophy today: to deliver natural, enhancing results through meticulous treatments such as Botox®, skin rejuvenation, and non-invasive body contouring.
Jun’s academic achievements include a Master of Public Health and Human Services (Australia, 2009) and a Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner (United States, 2024). She is licensed as a Registered Nurse in five countries—China, Singapore, the UK, Australia, and the United States—giving her a unique, cross-cultural perspective on health, beauty, and patient care.

Xiaoting (Tina) Tang is an accomplished nurse with nearly 20 years of clinical experience across Australia and the United States. She obtained her Bachelor of Nursing (2006) and Master of Nursing (2008) from Queensland University of Technology, Australia, and is a licensed Registered Nurse in both countries.
Tina has worked at renowned hospitals, including Memorial Hermann and Houston Methodist, where she also served as a clinical preceptor, mentoring and training new nurses. She is Board-Certified in Medical-Surgical (CMSRN) and Cardiovascular Nursing (CV-BC), bringing a strong foundation of patient care and medical expertise into her aesthetics practice.

Karina is an experienced Registered Nurse with more than 10 years of clinical nursing experience across critical care, medical-surgical nursing, and aesthetic medicine. She is known for her precise technique, attention to detail, and strong commitment to patient safety and comfort.
Karina began her nursing career in China after graduating from Henan University, working in the ICU at Huaihe Hospital of Henan University and completing advanced ICU training at Ruijin Hospital in Shanghai. In the United States, she has continued to expand her clinical experience in both healthcare and medical aesthetics and currently also practices at Encompass Health.

Before entering medical aesthetics, Serena worked for a Fortune Global 500 company and served as a corporate trainer. She later gained extensive experience at a renowned plastic surgery hospital in Korea and a leading aesthetic practice in Los Angeles.

Clinical Medical Assistant | Licensed Esthetician
Born in Taiwan, Celine Wang began her nursing journey at Shu-Zen Junior College of Medicine and Management, where she completed a five-year program and earned her Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) in 2018. Shortly after graduation, she obtained her Registered Nurse license in Taiwan.
In 2020, Celine moved to the United States and completed the CGFNS and New York State Education Department (NYSED) credentialing process, which certified her international nursing qualifications and opened the door for her to continue her professional career in the U.S. She worked in primary care and urgent care clinics, where she strengthened her clinical expertise, patient care skills, and gained valuable exposure to medical aesthetics.
In 2023, she earned her Licensed Esthetician (LE) credential in Texas and continues to maintain her Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. With more than five years of combined experience in nursing and aesthetics, Celine has developed strong skills in medical assisting, patient coordination, and advanced skin treatments.
