FAQs
1. Are your treatments safe?
Yes. All our procedures are performed using FDA-cleared medical devices and are administered by licensed professionals under physician supervision. Your safety and results are our top priority.
2. Do I need a consultation before treatment?
Absolutely. A personalized consultation is required before your first treatment. During this session, we will assess your skin, discuss your goals, and recommend a tailored treatment plan.
3. Is the consultation free?
Yes! Your initial consultation is completely free. This allows us to understand your goals, assess your skin, and design a personalized treatment plan with no pressure to commit.
4. What if I’m not sure what treatment I need?
That’s exactly what we’re here for. During your free consultation, we will evaluate your skin, ask about your concerns, and recommend the most suitable treatments based on your goals, skin condition, and budget
5. Can I combine multiple treatments in one session?
Yes, many of our treatments are designed to complement each other. For example, patients may combine Botox with skin boosters, or pair IPL with resurfacing for enhanced results. We’ll recommend the safest and most effective combinations during your consultation.
6. How many sessions will I need?
This depends on the treatment and your individual skin concerns. Some services, like Botox or Ultherapy, may show results with one session, while others (such as IPL or skin boosters) may require 3–5 sessions for optimal results.
7. Who performs the procedures?
All services are performed by licensed Nurse Practitioners or certified aestheticians, under the supervision of a board-certified medical director. Safety, skill, and comfort are our top priorities.
8. Are your treatments painful?
Most of our treatments are well-tolerated. You may feel warmth, tingling, or slight discomfort during some procedures. Numbing cream or cooling can be applied if needed.
9. Is there any downtime after treatment?
Most of our treatments are non-invasive or minimally invasive with little to no downtime. Some procedures, like laser or RF lifting, may cause temporary redness or swelling, but you can typically resume normal activities the same day or next.
10. How do I book an appointment?
You can book directly online through our website or contact us by phone or email. We recommend booking in advance, especially for popular treatments or weekend appointments.
11. What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may result in a fee.
12. Do you offer membership or packages?
Yes, we offer exclusive treatment packages and VIP membership plans that include discounts, priority booking, and seasonal offers. Ask us in-clinic or during your consultation for details.
